Recap: Eid Cards Made During Ramadan

I made a lot if cards during Ramadan, to send to my beloved friends. It was the first time I made so many cards, it was really fun yet tiring, but when it reached them it made me really happy.

Card#1

I usually make small square cards when I need to make a lot of them, that's how I started out making Eid cards, but decided I wanted to make few big ones too, so here goes the second one!

Card#2

This type of cards are the reason I enjoy crafting, I had only a layout to follow from Nicole, but the entire idea how I am gonna follow it, the elements were all unplanned and the card looked  better than I imagined it'd be!

Card#3

I know I made this, but, I love this so so so much! This was also made following a sketch by Nicole, but again totally unplanned, this idea came to me as soon as I saw the sketch. The card went to one of my really close friend who I am lucky to have in my life, I know she'll treasure it!

Card#5

This was made for my mom, the pattern is from Designbundles.net, I absolutely love this pattern, you'll see this again soon!

Card#6

This card is special, in the sense that it contains an envelope for Salami/Eidi (an allowance money for Eid for the young members of the family!), this was made for my friends younger sister! I made a similar one for my friend whom I also consider my younger sister.

Card#7

This has the same format as the last card. I made this keeping in mind the colors my friend loves, I had a lot of fun making this one. The pattern paper is from Free Pretty Things For You website!

Card#8

There goes the pattern again! I absolutely love working with this pattern paper. This was made for a little adorable kid! I got an adorable handwritten Eid Mubarak note from him later that made my day!

Card#9

This one was made for that kid's mother. She is also one of my biggest supporter when it comes to crafting! I'm forever indebted to her for always motivating me to craft.

Card#10

I kept this one simple, because, I pulled an all-nighter to make 5 of these Eid cards at once! At this point my backpain and lack of sleep was hampering the process, but I absolutely had to finish it that day by morning!

Card#11

This was the last card of the day, I finally finished my mission of making these cards, packed them and sent them out to my friends!

Let me know what you think about these cards, the mosque dome die cuts were given by my friend once again!  Few of the big embossed papers were also what I received from my friends! ( I own a small die cutting machine so I can't get the big embossed papers out!). Unfortunately, I had to sit out for Eid-ul-Adha to focus on my health! Thank you so much for stopping by, have a great day ahead💜.

Love,

Foo 💜
