The Bookmark Gift Box v.2.0

Hello my dear readers, I went missing for a bit, the cold got back again ugh! Hope you all are doing well and staying warm.
So, I did complete this few days earlier and this is the second version of this bookmark gift box! The first one was a sudden idea. I had to make a card for someone, she loves books, so I thought instead of card why not gift her something unique for her birthday? I immediately came up with the idea of putting the bookmarks inside the card itself, in a box!
Here's the first version, I had finished it right before her birthday so I didn't get to take good pictures in good lighting!

(I kept the pictures small since this is not the highlight of this post, but you can click to enlarge and see the pictures properly!)
After making this I wasn't satisfied, the decoration and the gold in it felt really off to me, so I wanted to make another one, had the perfect excuse to do so, as my fellow crafter liked this and wished for one. Instead of the happy birthday she had requested me to use "Zafran Craftphoria" the name of her wonderful craft shop on Facebook.
I had printed out the materials and it had been just lying there for like 1 month, finally I pushed myself to get started.

I struggled so much with the front panel this time, it was supposed to have an embossed orange frame, but that didn't work out so I had to go with this as trial and it worked. Later, after finishing the basic decoration, the shaker came off since the sequins got stuck with the tape, had to remove and replace the tape slowly. I was so sad this didn't have the proper finishing, since I was making this while I was down and sick.

( I shifted to our own house from the rented one for a week, took this in a box, somehow the box was under pressure and it got pressed down a bit, I was upset big time, luckily there wasn't much damage to it.). I loved the inside door this time, I was able to make it how I wanted it.

Here are the inside contents, I was so so so happy with the bookmarks this time, I made them past mid-night and pulled an all-nighter to finish them, it was really fun. I even walked 7km plus after that in the morning 😂.

Here's the final panel for letter and the backside of the flipbook:

Finally, the video for the entire thing!

Hope, you all will love this! It is one of my favorite projects although I couldn't pull it off perfectly due to being under the weather. Thank you for always leaving wonderful comments, they always inspire me to craft more! Stay safe, keep crafting and take care.

Love,
Foo💜
